Dear
Colleagues,
On May 20-26, 2010, in a beautiful place on the
Black Sea coast, the Special Laboratory for Fundamental
Elaborations SELF intends to manage
the Workshop in
the course of which
- We will disclose an original method to yield
complete analytical solutions for a broad amount of problems for
mechanically vibrating dynamical systems with lumped and distributed
parameters, 1D and those which can be reduced to such, with
application to the complicated electric ladder filters with
mismatched input impedance and load. We will show how necessary
the analytical methods are to deepen our penetration into
dynamical processes and to develop numerical methods closer
towards reality. Also we will show that the development of
numerical methods is caused just by that of analytical, and
these last point us which techniques we may use in our
approximations to yield most correct estimation of dynamical
processes. Nothing to say that full analytical solutions and
scope of problems they can solve will make approximations
unnecessary for most problems for which numerical methods still
had no alternative.
In other words, you will be given the keys that
open a broad scope of analysis, modelling and calculation for 1D
dynamic systems and reducible to such, at a new level of
knowledge. These solutions will be highly useful for researchers
to analyse the versatile processes in dynamic systems, for
calculation engineers and for computer programmers as an unique
mathematical tool for the soft they develop.
The
materials on this new method will be given only to the
participants of the Workshop, both who will attend and who
cannot arrive (being busy at this time, or who lives too far,
and so on) but will pay for this set of reports.
- We will discuss new ways and scope related to
this amount of solutions. Each of participants can report
her/his achievements or thoughts on the subject and they will be
published in the Works of
the Workshop.
The amount of solutions with theoretical and
experimental checks but without the method to yield these
solutions we have published in different international
scientific journals and on the website of our laboratory. You
can find these publications here.
A strong schedule of sessionfs will be alternated
with excursions and picnics, you will have a time for beach and
informal communication.
The language of
the Workshop will be English.
You can see the conditions of participation and payment
here.
